I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in individual, couples and family therapy and maintain a private practice in Savannah, Georgia.
With over twenty years experience as a therapist, and as a graduate of Southern Illinois University and Troy University, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy, I am currently serving as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are post-traumatic stress disorders, anxiety, depression, addictions and recovery, and life coaching.
In addition to being a prominent therapist, I have presented at conferences and to mental health professionals, speaking on the topics of addictions and mental health disorders.
I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I believe in integrating complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
